What we collect

We only collect information you type into a form on this site. There is no account system, and you are not required to identify yourself to read any page.

Request a quote: your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field.

Support request: your name, company, email address, phone number, which tracking platform you are on, and your description of the issue.

Newsletter signup: your email address, and your first and last name if you choose to give them.

Why we collect it

To answer you. Quote requests go to our team so someone can respond; support requests go to our support desk so we can help you or route you to the right platform.

Newsletter signups are used to send you product news and platform updates, and nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies of its own. We do not build a profile of your browsing.

Service providers

Three third parties are involved in running this site, each handling only what it needs to:

Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox. Your submission passes through their service on its way to us.

Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) hosts our newsletter list. If you subscribe, your email address and name are stored with Mailchimp and are subject to their privacy policy.

Google Maps is embedded on our home and contact pages to show our office location. Loading that map contacts Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. That happens under Google's privacy policy, not ours.

Platforms we integrate

FleetBoss integrates tracking hardware and software built by other companies, including Geotab and FleetTrack Services. When you log in to one of those platforms you leave this website, and the data your fleet generates there is governed by that vendor's agreement and privacy policy together with your service agreement with us. Nothing in this policy changes those terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and support requests are kept as business correspondence for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for reference and for our own record-keeping obligations.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Every newsletter we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also ask us to remove you.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act on it.

Children

This site is aimed at commercial fleet operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we do not collect payment details or sensitive personal information through this website at all.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
