BENEFIT
DESCRIPTIONS

User Training—Telephone instruction to teach your
employees basic software operations such as producing reports
& graphs, setting display options and using map features.
Training is an essential step for helping new or reassigned
employees use the software effectively.
•
Help Desk Support—Basic Troubleshooting and Telephone
Support: Telephone support through a central Help Desk is
available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST at
(407)-831-2241. Basic troubleshooting is defined as a question
& answer conference to identify common software problems
that are correctable at user-level. Software support via
email is also available. If you have Internet access, we
can use remote desktop viewing software to guide you to
a solution.
•
Discounted Additional Support Time—If you should
exceed your allotted hours for either telephone support
or training, you will be billed for the additional hours
at a special 53% discount rate
of $40.00 per hour (standard fee: $75.00/hour).
•
Free Software Updates—Updates provide additional benefits
by enhancing existing features and the performance of the
basic program. This support plan provides on-line access
to updates at no charge
(disk media is available to clients without internet access
for the cost of shipping).
•
Discounted Software Upgrades—Upgrades modify the current
program by installing new features and extending the functionality
of the software. This support plan provides a
10% discount of any charges for upgrade licenses.
•
Access to the Customer Support Website—You will be assigned
a personal login name for access to Support.fleetboss.com.
Our client support site provides software tips, technical
bulletins, online tutorials (when available) and periodic
special offers to help you use your fleet management system
more effectively and to improve your business operations.
