Larry Carroll, Founder, Chairman and CEO

Larry has an extensive background in direct sales, entrepreneurship, and business management. He acquired the exclusive rights for the worldwide distribution of The
Boss® fleet management system in November of 1998.

Brian C. Carroll, President

Brian G. Carroll is President of FleetBoss Global Positioning Solutions, Inc. He joined FleetBoss in 1999 and has over 23 years of experience in executive-level operations and sales management.

Prior to his appointment as FleetBoss president, Brian
helped to develop highly successful entrepreneurial businesses, including CrimeBlocker, Inc. where he served
as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College. He is married and the father of three children.

Daniel E. Lee, Vice President, Sales

 Dan is a graduate of Ohio University with a BA in Communications. He was the recipient of several major broadcast and advertising industry sales awards and later in his career, entered the security industry. Dan has recruited, trained and motivated direct sales forces and has provided
the leadership to achieve consistent over-quota results.
